To manage Tracking of location, you need to log in to our website, login.infobricfleet.com

Click Track and trace, then select the Tracking of location tab. If Tracking of location is not available for your user, please contact your sales representative to enable the feature.

Under Tracking of location there are two subcategories: Alarm history and Setting.

These are described below.

Setting

Via Setting you manage your places by creating, editing or deleting a place.

Add a location

  1. Search or navigate to the address where you want to create a location.

  2. Right-click on the map and select Add.

  3. Adjust the location area as desired.

  4. Fill in the fields below that you will find to the right of the map.

    1. Company name: Select the organization to which the location should belong.

    2. Name: Write the name you wish to name the place.

    3. Valid from and Valid to: If the location should only be active during a specific time interval, this can be specified here. If no time interval is specified, the location will remain until it is manually removed.

    4. Allow tracking: Choose whether the monitoring should be active around the clock or limited to specific days of the week and times.

  5. Click Save. The location and its monitoring are now saved.

Edit or remove a location

  1. Find the current location via the map or list view and click on it.

  2. Then select Edit or Remove.

Alarm history

In the Alarm history, select the time period for which you want to see the history. You then get an overview of all alarms that have been triggered during the selected period.

Select period

  1. By clicking on the clock icon, you can select one of the preset time intervals. To specify a more specific time interval, select the calendar icon instead.

View details for alarms

  1. To view details of an alarm, click on the alarm and select Show details.

  2. An overview and details for the area where the alarm was triggered is now displayed. By using the timeline at the top of the map, you can adjust the time and thus follow the route taken by the vehicle that triggered the alarm.

  3. Click on the cross at the top right to minimize the detail view.

Note! If you wish to be notified when entry/exit for location monitoring takes place, contact our support.
