Click on My car and then click on Driving journal.

Check that the month's trips are correct in terms of the trip type and any purposes are entered.

Click on the Approve month button.

Here is a summary of your trips. Click on Calibrate odometer.

Check that the meter reading is correct and press Next.

You can now choose to have the driving journal sent to you and in what format. You can choose whether the file should include all trips, only those for work or only those trips that are private. You can also choose not to have the driving journal sent to you.

Finally, select Approve period and lock all trips.
