To give a user permission to approve driving logs, you need to be an administrator and log in to our website: login.infobricfleet.com
Click on Administration and then go to the User Management tab.
Click on the user you want to edit and choose Edit.
Under the Acess tab, scroll down to the section Driving journals, make sure Driving journals is activated. Then check the box Trip attesting rights.
If needed, you can limit the vehicles the user is allowed to approve driving logs for.
Go to the Machine access tab and Enable machine access limits.
Move the vehicles the user should be able to approve from the left column to the right column. You can drag and drop the vehicles or select one and use the arrows.
When you're done, click Save.
The user now has permission to approve driving logs via the Driving journals module.
