When should I use this guide?
You want to export your driving log
You need to send your trips to someone
You want to save the log as a PDF or Excel file
Prerequisites
You are assigned as a driver to the vehicle (currently or historically)
You have access to the My vehicle module
There are trips recorded in the selected period
How to do it
In the app
Go to My vehicle
Tap Driving journal
Select the month you want to export
Tap the note icon to open the period
Tap Send driving journal to me
Choose:
file format (e.g. PDF or Excel)
which trips to include
Confirm by tapping Yes, send driving journal
On the web
Log in to login.infobricfleet.se
Go to My car
Click the Driving journal tab
Select month and year
Select a specific date range (optional)
Click the calendar icon
Enter start and end date
Click Export to
Select export type
Confirm by clicking Yes
If it doesn’t work
Check that there are trips in the selected period
Make sure the correct date or month is selected
Ensure you have access to My car
If you share a vehicle or use driver ID → use My trips instead
Tips!
The columns visible in the driving log are included in the export
You can change columns via settings icon → Columns
Use subscription if you want to receive the log automatically each month
PDF is best for printing, Excel for analysis
