When should I use this guide?
You are about to drive a vehicle with Driver ID Light
You need to assign yourself as the driver in the app
You want to choose how long to stay logged in as a driver
Prerequisites
You have the Infobric Fleet app installed
You are logged in to the app
The vehicle is connected to Driver ID
How to do it
In the app
Open the Infobric Fleet app
Tap Check in as driver
Select the vehicle you are going to drive
Choose how long you want to stay checked in as a driver
You can choose to:
Check out after the next trip
Check out at a specific time
stay checked in until you log out manually
5. Confirm your selection
If it doesn’t work
Make sure you are logged in to the app
Make sure the correct vehicle is selected
Make sure the vehicle has Driver ID Light activated
You need to be within approximately 500 meters of the vehicle
Make sure the vehicle is turned off
Restart the app if the vehicle does not appear
Tips!
Choose a time setting based on how long you will use the vehicle
If multiple drivers use the same vehicle, it’s a good idea to log out when the trip is finished
