When should I use this guide?
You will stop using a vehicle
You have changed vehicles and are not bringing your previous driving journal device
Your employment has ended
Prerequisites
You are logged in to the Fleet app
You have access to My Car
How to do it
In the app
Go to My Car
Tap the quick menu at the bottom center
Select My Car settings
Tap Log out as driver
Confirm by tapping Yes, continue
Approve driving journal (if prompted)
If you have trips left to approve, you need to complete this before the logout is finalized
Once completed, you are logged out as a driver from the vehicle.
If it doesn’t work
Make sure you are logged in with the correct user
Make sure you have access to the vehicle
Ensure that all trips in the driving journal are approved
Restart the app and try again
Tips!
Only log out as a driver if you no longer will use the vehicle
This applies for example when ending employment or changing vehicles
If unsure – contact your administrator before logging out
