How to do it

In the app

3. Select Install device

4. Scan the QR code on the device or its packaging.

Register vehicle
5. Enter the registration number
6. Tap Search vehicle data
7. Make sure the correct vehicle details are shown
8. Tap Next

Important:
If the wrong vehicle is shown, the registration number was likely entered incorrectly.

Important:
Make sure you enter the correct odometer reading (not the trip meter).

10. Take a photo of the vehicle or select an existing image.

15. Confirm that everything is correct

Select driver
16. Select yourself as the driver

If you are installing for someone else, choose Skip for now

Accessories (RFID)
17. Connect an RFID reader if you received one
18. Otherwise, continue without RFID reader

Done! The device is now installed.

If it doesn’t work

The QR code cannot be scanned
→ Check lighting and distance, or try again

Wrong vehicle is shown
→ Check the registration number

You can’t find the installation option
→ Make sure you are logged in with the correct account

You are unsure about the odometer reading
→ Make sure you are not using the trip meter

Tips!

  • Have everything ready before you start (device + vehicle)

  • Scan the QR code directly from the box if the device is hard to access

  • Always double-check the odometer reading
