Requirements
You need to be assigned driver of the vehicle (now or historically)
You need to have the module My Car
App
If you share a vehicle with others or log in to the vehicle using a Driver ID, you will have access to My Trips instead of My Car. In that case, follow the guide for My Trips instead.
Export a trip log in the app
Tap My Car.
Tap Trip log.
Switch to the month you want to export.
Tap the note icon.
You will now see a summary of the selected period.
Tap Send trip log to me.
Choose:
the file format
which types of trips to include
Tap Yes, send trip log.
Web
Export a trip log on the web
Click My Car.
Open the Trip log tab.
Select the month and year you want to export.
If you want to export a specific date range, click the calendar icon and select a start and end date.
When you have selected the correct period, click Export to at the bottom of the page.
Select the export format you want.
When asked if you want to export the data, click Yes.
💡 Tip
The columns visible in the Trip log are the same columns included in the export.
Click the organize icon.
Select Columns.
Choose which columns you want to show or hide.
You can also subscribe to your trip log instead of exporting it manually.
Click Send this to me instead of Export to. The trip log will then be sent to you automatically at the same time every month.
