Requirements
You need access to the Driving journals module.
You also need to log in to our website , login.infobricfleet.se.
🧭 How to find Company Locations
Go to Driving journals
Click the Company Locations tab in the menu bar.
🗺️ Map overview
The map shows all company locations you have added.
You can pan and zoom on the map.
Icons show where the different locations are.
Numbers in circles (for example 16) show clusters. Click the cluster to zoom in.
🔎 Search for an address
Enter an address in the search field in the top-right corner of the map.
Click Search or press Enter.
You can then click the location on the map to add it as a new company location.
➕ Add a new company location
You can add a new location directly from the map:
Right-click the location on the map where you want to add a company location.
Click the Add button that appears.
Fill in the information in the form:
Company name – Select which company the location belongs to.
Name – for example “Depot Arboga”.
Trip type – Choose whether trips to this location should always be work, private, commuting, or leave the trip type unchanged.
Intention – for example “Snow clearing every Friday”.
Time interval (optional) – if the location is only relevant during a specific period.
Click Save.
📋 View and manage existing company locations
On the right side, you see a list of all company locations.
You can sort the list by name or other information.
Click a location in the list to display it on the map.
Click the location in the list or on the map to:
Edit
Remove

You can use company locations to:
Automatically set the purpose of trips.
Create clearer reports for projects or customers.
Make trip reporting easier for drivers.
