Track machine usage by place
In the new Place Insights view, you can select a place and see how machines have been used during a chosen period.
View total usage, overuse and usage outside working hours.
Filter the list to find the machines you want to follow up more quickly.
Download the results as an Excel report.
Schedule recurring reports and find them under My reports.
We have also fixed several issues with filters, the display of usage data and place selection.
Two new providers for machine connections
You can now connect machines from Hydrema and SANY to Machines. This makes it possible to collect available machine data from two additional providers and use it to gain an overview and follow up on the machines.
The available data depends on the provider and machine model.
Clearer Machine Integration API management
The Machine Integration API now supports licensing and monthly API call tracking. The machine status documentation has also been clarified, and the integration and sign-in information for Trusted Partners has been updated.
Easier sign-in and contact with Support
You can sign in with a username or email address.
New users can choose their language and time zone when activating their account.
An expired password reset link now provides clearer instructions for requesting a new link.
Support chat is available directly in the service and has been adjusted so that it does not cover open side panels.
The message shown during temporary service disruptions has been clarified.
