Requirements
You need to:

have access to your company's Machines account
Owners and Administrators see the same main menu. Users do not have the Alerts or Administrator menu options.
For companies without data, the interface looks the same, but the tabs do not contain any data.

What you can do in Machines
View machines and places on the map
Home provides a geographical overview of machines and places. You can search, filter and switch between map and satellite views.
The map positions are based on the latest information received and may not show each machine's position in real time.
Follow machine usage and CO₂
In Machine usage, you can review usage by week or month, compare machines, and see information such as usage outside working hours, overuse and unused machines.
In the CO₂ report, you can follow estimated fuel consumption and calculated CO₂ emissions. The report uses the machine's recorded usage, fuel type and specified fuel consumption in litres per hour.
The CO₂ report currently supports machines connected with an Infobric Vehicle Tracker.
Download or schedule reports
In both Machine usage and the CO₂ report, you can select machines and then select Generate report.
You can:
download a report for the selected machines
select Include machines without data if all selected machines should be included
include detailed usage per machine
schedule the report weekly or monthly
Open My reports to view the reports you have scheduled.
Find a machine
Under Fleet, the machines are shown in a list. The information can include name, internal ID, tag, category, home depot, place, battery level and telematics status.
Use the search field, Filter or Columns to adjust the list.
Open the machine card
When you select a machine, its machine card opens. It contains the following tabs:
Details
Service
History
Inputs
Telematics
Events
Under Details, you can view information such as identification, machine information, emissions and time information, place and tags.
Machines may remember the tab you used last. Select Details if the machine card opens on another tab.
Find other features
All roles see Home, Fleet, Places, Telematics, Analytics and Service in the main menu.
Owners and Administrators also see Alerts and Administrator. Under Administrator, they can perform tasks such as managing users.
Tips!
Start under Analytics when you want to follow several machines over time or create reports.
If the search returns no results, Nothing matched your search is displayed. Select Reset search and try again.
Use Filter to narrow down the map or machine list.
Fuel consumption in the CO₂ report is estimated, and the CO₂ figures are calculated rather than measured directly.
