You want to cancel a license for a vehicle

You want to remove a vehicle from the system and not reuse it

You have vehicles that should no longer be active

You are an administrator in the system

You have access to My Fleet

You know which vehicle you want to end

Scroll down to the list Pending terminations

Select the termination you want to cancel

Make sure you have administrator permissions

Make sure you are in the correct tab (Licenses)

If more than one day has passed since the termination was registered, you cannot cancel it yourself – contact support

The termination takes 90 days after it was registered if nothing else is stated in your agreement

Always double-check the vehicle before confirming

If you need to undo it quickly – do it the same day
