When should I use this guide?
Use this guide when:
you need to return a device after cancelling a license
you need to return several devices after ending an agreement
support has instructed you to return a faulty device
Return after cancelling a license or ending an agreement
If you have cancelled a license or ended your full agreement, you are responsible for returning the devices that need to be sent back to Infobric Fleet.
Send the devices as a business parcel or using another traceable shipping method that is delivered directly to the business address. Infobric Fleet does not collect return parcels left at a service point or parcel shop.
If you rent the devices, they must be returned no later than 30 days after the notice period has ended. Rental devices that are not returned in time may be charged according to the applicable terms.
Purchased devices do not need to be returned, but can be sent to Infobric Fleet for deactivation and handling as electronic waste.
Return a faulty device
If you want to return a faulty device, you must always contact support first.
When support has approved the claim and sent you a new device, a return shipping label will be included in the package with the new device. Use that return shipping label when sending back the faulty device.
Do not return a faulty device without contacting support first. Otherwise, we may not be able to connect the return to the correct case.
Do not send devices without a case
Do not return a device without contacting us first or without an ongoing cancellation or claim case.
If we cannot connect the return to the correct case, the license or hardware may remain active.
