In Fleet 26.9, we have made it easier to find the right information and improved several workflows for administrators.
New and improved
You can now receive recurring reminders while a temperature alarm remains active.
Organisation filters in My Fleet now show the organisation structure more clearly, making it easier to select the right organisation.
Several text filters now include clearer help text explaining that you can search for multiple values by separating them with commas.
The Environmental report can now display cost centre as a column. The column can be sorted and filtered, and is included in exports.
Administrators can now view and edit their own user settings. Their own user role and account status remain protected.
Fixes
The calculation of the electric driving share in the Environmental report has been corrected when filtering by business and private trips.
Vehicle exports and scheduled exports from Administration now include the same vehicles as shown in the vehicle table.
The congestion tax export can now be opened correctly in Excel.
Driving journals can now be exported for drivers who have trips during the period but do not have an assigned vehicle.
Devices now appear correctly under Administration even when information about their last communication is missing.
Recurring bookings can now be opened as normal in Car Pool.
Pool cars no longer appear in the project management settings in Reports and analysis.
