You want to change a trip from private to work (or vice versa)
You have registered a trip with the wrong trip type
You want to change the trip type for multiple trips
Prerequisites
You are logged in to Fleet
You have access to My Car and Driving journal
There are registered trips
How to do it
In the app
1. Go to My Car
2. Tap Driving journal in the bottom menu
Change trip type on a single trip
3. Swipe right on the trip you want to change
4. Select a new trip type
Change trip type on multiple trips
3. Select trips from the left side
4. Tap Edit trips
5. Select a new trip type
Alternatively
Tap a trip and change the trip type in the detail view
On the web
1. Log in to Fleet
2. Go to My Car → Driving journal

3. Click the trip
4. Select Edit
5. Change the trip type
6. Click Apply
Change trip type on multiple trips
3. Select multiple trips using:
Ctrl (individual selection)
Shift (range selection, like in Excel)
4. Click Edit
5. Change the trip type
6. Click Apply
If it doesn’t work
Make sure you have the correct permissions
Check that the trips are not locked or already approved
Refresh the page or restart the app
