Reset your password

This guide shows how to reset your password via web or app. It’s for you if you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in.

When should I use this guide?

  • You’ve forgotten your password

  • You can’t log in

  • You want to create a new password


Prerequisites

  • You have access to your email address

  • You have an account in the system


How to do it

In the app

  1. Open the Fleet app

  2. Tap Log in

  3. Select Forgot password

  4. Tap Reset password

  5. Open the email you receive

  6. Click Change password

  7. Enter a new password

  8. Confirm the password by entering it again

  9. Click Update

On the web

  1. Go to login.infobricfleet.se

  2. Enter your email address and click Next

  3. Click Forgot password

  4. Enter your email address again

  5. Click Request

  6. Open the email you receive

  7. Click Change password

  8. Enter a new password

  9. Confirm the password by entering it again

  10. Click Update

Password requirements:

  • At least 8 characters

  • A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

  • A mix of letters and numbers

  • At least one special character (e.g. ! @ # ?)

  • Do not use < or >


If it doesn’t work

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Wait a few minutes and try again

  • Make sure the password meets all requirements


Tips!

  • Use a password that is hard to guess but easy to remember

  • Consider using a password manager

  • The longer the password, the more secure it is
