When should I use this guide?
Use this guide when you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in to Infobric Machines.
If you are already signed in and know your current password, use Update your password instead.
Requirements
You need access to the email address connected to your user account.
The new password must contain:
at least 8 characters
at least 1 uppercase letter
at least 1 lowercase letter
at least 1 number
at least 1 special character, such as a full stop, comma, exclamation mark, @, # or ?
Do not use å, ä, ö, < or > in the password.
How to do it
Open the Infobric Machines sign-in page.
Select Forgot password.
Enter the email address connected to your user account.
Send the password reset request.
Open the email sent to your email address.
Select the link in the email.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Save the new password.
Return to Infobric Machines and sign in with the new password.
If it does not work
First, check that:
you entered the email address connected to your user account
the password reset email is not in your spam folder
the new password meets every password requirement
the password does not contain å, ä, ö, < or >
Tips
Use a unique password that you do not use for other services.
Never share your password or the link in the password reset email.
Close the new-password page when the reset is complete.
