When should I use this guide?
Use this guide when you want to change the password for your own user account in Infobric Machines.
Requirements
You need to:
be signed in to Infobric Machines on the web
know your current password
choose a new password that meets the password requirements
The new password must contain:
at least 8 characters
at least 1 uppercase letter
at least 1 lowercase letter
at least 1 number
at least 1 special character, such as a full stop, comma, exclamation mark, @, # or ?
Do not use å, ä, ö, < or > in the password.
How to update your password
Sign in to Infobric Machines on the web.
Open Settings.
Select Profile.
Enter your current password in Current password.
Enter the new password in New password.
Enter the new password again in Confirm password.
Select Save changes.
If it does not work
First, check that:
the current password is correct
the new password meets every requirement
the same new password has been entered in both fields
the password does not contain å, ä, ö, < or >
The Save changes button is not available until all required fields have been completed correctly.
Tips!
Use a unique password that you do not use for other services.
Never share your password in screenshots or support messages.
Make sure that the password fields are empty before taking a screenshot of the page.
