Connect Develon machines to Infobric Machines using Machine connections

Learn how to connect Develon machines to Infobric Machines using Machine connections and which machine data can be displayed.

Written by Oscar Karlsson

When should I use this guide?

Use this guide when you want to connect machines from Develon, formerly Doosan, directly to Infobric Machines through AEMP without installing a separate telematics device.

The connection uses the MyDEVELON AEMP 2.0 API. Infobric Machines normally creates the machines and starts displaying available data within one hour after a successful connection.

If you have an existing Doosan connection, you need to replace it with credentials for Develon.

Prerequisites

You need:

  • access to Infobric Machines on the web

  • the Owner or Administrator role

  • an active MyDEVELON account with access to the relevant machines

  • the Username and Password for the MyDEVELON AEMP 2.0 API

If you do not have the required credentials, contact Develon or your Develon dealer.

Connect Develon

  1. Sign in to Infobric Machines.

  2. Open Telematics.

  3. Select Integrate machines.

  4. Open Machine connections.

  5. Search for Develon (Doosan) or select it under Inactive.

  6. Enter your Username and Password under Enter authentication.

  7. If you need to add another set of credentials, select Add another authentication.

  8. Select Connect and collect data.

  9. Continue through Collect data and Complete the integration.

When the connection is complete, Infobric Machines starts collecting the machine data that Develon makes available. New machines are normally created within one hour.

Which Develon data is displayed?

Infobric Machines can display the following data when it is supplied by Develon:

  • machine identification and basic machine information

  • hour meter

  • position

  • engine on or off

  • fuel used

  • fuel level

  • idle hours

Availability depends on the machine, its equipment, the data Develon records and the services included in your Develon agreement.

Develon supplies snapshot data and can also supply time-series data when this is included in the manufacturer's service or subscription. Snapshot data shows the latest available value and does not provide history from before the connection. Time-series data contains recorded values with timestamps and can provide a more complete history, including data retrieved after a temporary interruption.

If it does not work

Check that:

  • you selected Develon (Doosan)

  • the username and password belong to the MyDEVELON AEMP 2.0 API

  • the account has access to the machines you want to connect

  • all required fields are complete

  • an older Doosan connection has been replaced with Develon credentials

The Connect and collect data button is not available until all required information has been entered.

If no machines or data appear after the connection, wait up to one hour and try again. If the problem remains, first verify the account and available data in MyDEVELON, then contact support.

Infobric Machines displays the information received from Develon. Missing or incorrect source data must be checked with Develon or your dealer.

Tips

  • Confirm your MyDEVELON API access before you begin.

  • Use Add another authentication if your machines are split across multiple Develon accounts.

  • Remember that the available data can differ between machine models and subscriptions.

  • Never include real credentials in screenshots or support messages.
