Requirements
You need access to the Car Pool module.
Bookings can only be made via the web.
Book a vehicle
There are two ways to book a vehicle:
Option 1
Click New booking in the top right corner of the Overview tab.
Option 2
Click directly in the calendar on the vehicle you want to book.
Fill in the relevant information.
Click Save booking.
Information – Choose parking location
If there are multiple parking locations, you can choose where you want to pick up the vehicle.
You can filter vehicles in the calendar based on places.
In the Car pool places column, you can see which location each vehicle belongs to.
