Create and manage scheduled reports

You can schedule reports for Machine usage and CO₂ report. The report is sent automatically as an Excel file to the recipients you select.

Requirements

You need the Owner or Administrator role to create and manage scheduled reports. The User role does not have access to the scheduled reports module.

Machine usage is available to all customers.

Create a scheduled report

  1. Sign in to Infobric Machines on the web.

  2. Open Analytics.

  3. Select Machine usage or CO₂ report.

  4. Select the machines to include.

  5. Select Generate report.

  6. Enable Schedule report in the Report settings panel.

  7. Enter a name under Report name.

  8. Select a Report frequency:

    • Every week

    • Monthly

  9. Select one or more Recipients.

  10. Review the remaining report settings.

  11. Select Schedule report.

When scheduling is enabled, you cannot select a custom date range. The reporting period is determined by the frequency:

  • A weekly report covers the previous week and is sent on Monday morning.

  • A monthly report covers the previous month and is sent on the first day of the month.

Choose what the report includes

Depending on the report type, you can select:

  • Include machines without data – includes selected machines even when no data is available for them.

  • Include detailed usage per machine – includes more detailed information for each machine.

For Machine usage, you can also select a Usage type:

  • Total usage

  • Weekend usage only (including public holidays)

  • Outside working hours only

  • Overuse of more than 8 hours

View your scheduled reports

  1. Open Analytics.

  2. Select My reports.

The list shows each report's name, frequency and type, together with the number of machines and recipients.

Edit a scheduled report

  1. Open Analytics → My reports.

  2. Open the report's Actions menu.

  3. Select Edit report.

  4. Change the report settings.

  5. Select Save.

You can change settings such as the selected machines, report name, frequency and recipients. For Machine usage, you can also change the usage type.

Delete a scheduled report

  1. Open Analytics → My reports.

  2. Open the report's Actions menu.

  3. Select Delete report.

  4. Confirm by selecting Yes, delete.

The report is removed from My reports and will no longer be sent.

If it does not work

Check that:

  • at least one machine is selected

  • Report name has been completed

  • at least one recipient is selected

  • the recipient has a user account in the company

If a report does not contain the expected information, check that the selected machines are sending the data required by the report. Enable Include machines without data if selected machines without data should also appear in the report.

If the problem continues, contact Support. Include the report name, report type, selected machines and when the report was expected to be sent. Never send passwords or authentication credentials.
