Create and manage scheduled reports
You can schedule reports for Machine usage and CO₂ report. The report is sent automatically as an Excel file to the recipients you select.
Requirements
You need the Owner or Administrator role to create and manage scheduled reports. The User role does not have access to the scheduled reports module.
Machine usage is available to all customers.

Select Machine usage or CO₂ report.

When scheduling is enabled, you cannot select a custom date range. The reporting period is determined by the frequency:
A weekly report covers the previous week and is sent on Monday morning.
A monthly report covers the previous month and is sent on the first day of the month.
Choose what the report includes
Depending on the report type, you can select:
Include machines without data – includes selected machines even when no data is available for them.
Include detailed usage per machine – includes more detailed information for each machine.
For Machine usage, you can also select a Usage type:
Total usage
Weekend usage only (including public holidays)
Outside working hours only
Overuse of more than 8 hours

If a report does not contain the expected information, check that the selected machines are sending the data required by the report. Enable Include machines without data if selected machines without data should also appear in the report.
If the problem continues, contact Support. Include the report name, report type, selected machines and when the report was expected to be sent. Never send passwords or authentication credentials.
