Connect Liebherr machines to Infobric Machines using Machine connections

Learn how to connect Liebherr machines to Infobric Machines using Machine connections and which machine data can be displayed.

When should I use this guide?

Use this guide when you:

  • want to connect machine data from Liebherr directly to Infobric Machines

  • have access to Liebherr's LiDAT telematics system

  • have a LiDAT account with access to the AEMP 2.0 interface

The Liebherr integration uses the machine's existing telematics. You therefore do not need to install a separate Vehicle Tracker to retrieve information through AEMP.

Prerequisites

You need to:

  • have the Owner or Administrator role in Infobric Machines

  • use Infobric Machines on the web

  • have an active LiDAT account for the machines you want to connect

  • have a Username and Password with access to the LiDAT AEMP 2.0 interface

Check with Liebherr or your dealer that the machines are included in the account and that AEMP access is active.

How to connect

  1. Sign in to Infobric Machines.

  2. Go to Telematics → Integrate machines → Machine connections.

  3. Search for Liebherr or select the integration on the Inactive tab.

  4. Open the Liebherr integration and enter your Username and Password under Add authentication.

  5. To connect another set of authentication details, select Add another authentication.

  6. Select Connect and collect data.

  7. Complete the Collect data and Complete integration steps.

When the connection is complete, Machines starts retrieving data from Liebherr. New machines and values normally appear within one hour after the information has been retrieved.

Which data is displayed from Liebherr?

The following information can be displayed in Infobric Machines:

  • Operating hours: The latest reported value.

  • Position: The latest reported position.

  • Engine on or off: Displayed when Liebherr reports the value.

  • Fuel used: Displayed when the machine reports the value.

  • Idle hours: Time when the engine was running but the machine was not operating.

The available information depends on the machine model, telematics equipment and the values Liebherr makes available for your account.

Snapshot and time-series data

Liebherr can provide both the machine's latest available values and recorded values with timestamps. The available time-series data depends on your service with Liebherr.

Liebherr allows data from the most recent 14 days to be retrieved. Older history therefore cannot be imported into Machines.

If it does not work

First, check that:

  • the username and password are correct

  • the account has access to the LiDAT AEMP 2.0 interface

  • the correct machines are available in LiDAT

  • the machine has reported data to LiDAT

  • you have allowed up to one hour for new machines or values to appear

If the sign-in details do not work, check them with Liebherr or your dealer. Contact Infobric Support if the details are correct but the integration still cannot be completed.

Infobric Machines displays the information received from Liebherr. If source data is missing or incorrect, first check the information in LiDAT.

Tips

  • Check AEMP access in LiDAT before you start.

  • Remember that Machines cannot retrieve Liebherr history older than 14 days.

  • Missing information may mean that the particular machine model does not report the value.

  • Learn more about LiDAT fleet management.

  • Keep usernames and passwords secure. Never include real details in screenshots or ordinary support messages.
