When should I use this guide?

  • The odometer reading in the system is incorrect

  • You have changed vehicle or device

  • You need to correct a larger discrepancy in the mileage log

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to the app or web

  • You have a vehicle assigned to you

  • You know the current odometer reading in kilometers

How to do it

In the app

  1. Go to My Car

  2. Tap the current odometer reading

  3. Enter the new odometer reading (in kilometers)

  4. Tap Calibrate

  5. Confirm the change

Your odometer is now updated.

In case of a large discrepancy
If the difference is significant, you will be prompted to create a correction trip:

  1. Choose how many kilometers are business/private

  2. Tap Create Adjustment

  3. Confirm with OK

On the web

  1. Go to My Car

  2. Open the Overview tab

  3. Click Calibrate Odometer

  4. Enter the new odometer reading

  5. Save the change

Your odometer is now updated.

Note! We recommend using the app, as the functionality there is more complete.

If it doesn’t work

  • Make sure you enter the odometer reading in kilometers

  • Make sure the correct vehicle is selected

  • Try making the change in the app instead of the web

Tips!

  • Update the odometer regularly for accurate mileage logs

  • Be careful with larger corrections – they affect your trips

  • Use the app for better support when correcting
